Clinical Model
We specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), a well-known and research-based therapy model. We recognize that each individual has unique needs, so we also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as needed to provide personalized care. Our goal is to offer a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to your teen's mental health treatment.
Psychiatric Services
All clients have access to on-site psychiatric service and receive a psychiatric evaluation if indicated. Psychotropic medication may be used, with consent, and can prove to be an effective component to assist with treatment.
